Can I book airport parking for fewer than eight days?
Eight days is the minimum stay for the majority of our parking packages, but some offer four. Please click the 'more info' link during the booking process to see the parking information about your booking.
Can I book an airport hotel at short notice?
Yes, some of our Bristol hotels can be booked for the same day, although some may require 48 hours' notice. Please see the individual hotel details during the booking process for more information. The sooner you book the better and at least you know your room will be ready and waiting for you.
Can I park at my airport hotel while I am away but stay at the hotel at the end of my holiday, not the beginning?
The majority of our hotels allow this, but you should check the information about the hotel on our website before you book. If you want to make this kind of booking, we suggest you ring our award-winning call centre on 0800 093 5478 so an agent can assist you.
If I need to cancel my holiday, can I cancel my hotel stay?
No problem - you may cancel your hotel booking and get a full refund if you have taken out our cancellation protection. You can add this when you book for just £2.49. We always recommend selecting this option for added peace of mind. However, you cannot receive a refund if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, even if you have taken out the cancellation protection waiver.
