Reviews for Short Stay Premium Yellow Zone at Stansted Airport

Transfer was not private on collection and was an hour late. Did not arrive at all on way home leaving 8 of us in a mad rush to get to the airport. Raised a complaint and was sent an automated response saying 30 days to respond!

Both entry and exit went very smoothly. Airport signage was good and HE instructions easily followed

The barrier wouldn't open when I got there but spoke to a person via the ticket booth and they were really helpful and checked my booking ref and let me in. A very easy and quick walk into the airport from where I parked.

Sign posting needs to be more obvious and the man on the barrier area we wanted told us the wrong way only for us to do full circle ,not good
.Hopefully next time we will know the directions

used the yellow car park at Stansted. all very quick to enter car park and then leave on our return -our number plate was recognised with no issues
