Heathrow Airport Parking

Lots of excess miles on car. Had to wait over 30 minutes for car, although l rang from baggage hall. Staff not helpfull.

Very poor performance on return journey. This is supposed to be a ‘meet and greet’ service. We had to wait in the car park for over 1 hour before our car arrived!!

I booked parking for three days at LHR. Perhaps more signs on the way into Heathrow, but other than that is was an excellent experience.

Waited 35 minutes for car to be returned at 10pm at night! advised at drop off return flight number but this was ignored so when I called when I collected my luggage I was advised it would be 25 mins for car - it was actually 35 mins
