Our overnight stay at the Ramada Stansted was the perfect start to our holiday.

Mr Preston, 01 Sep, 2017 (5 out of 5)

Friendly reception staff and plenty of parking spaces. Reasonably close to Stansted. Reasonably priced. Water marks around toilet in our bathroom which need removing/floor replacing. Would use this hotel again.

Miss Newton, 10 Sep, 2017 (5 out of 5)

Each time we fly from Stansted we book overnight accommodation with holiday extra. We also book transfers and always will five star service.

Mr Cawood, 02 Oct, 2017 (5 out of 5)

We use this hotel before early flights from Stansted. The hotel is on a motorway service station area so you get to walk acros the road to all the facilaties, but you dont find it noisy so sleeping is not an issue. We have always found the staff efficient and the rooms basic but comfy. You do get a tv and kettle so for short stays with no frills you cant ask for much more.

Miss Phillips, 22 Oct, 2017 (5 out of 5)

Booked a combination of parking and hotel for Stansted Airport. Very clear information via chat and clear email instructions once booked. Easy process and good value for money.

Our recommended hotels in more detail

Hampton By Hilton - from £125 inc. 1 week Meet & Greet

This hotel tops the list because it is so convenient. It will cost a little more money but that's because the hotel is connected to the terminal so you can walk-to check in.

Parking details: Maple Manor will collect your car from the hotel when you arrive. They will store it in their nearby car park for the duration of your trip and return it to the hotel when you return.

Premier Inn - from £86 inc. 1 week Long-Stay parking

Not only is The Premier Inn one of the cheapest hotel options at Stansted, it is also located just a few minutes from the Long Stay Car park, making it a pretty good choice.

Parking details: You will park at the hotel overnight which costs £8. The following morning you simply drive to the Long Stay car park and hop on the bus for a 10 minute journey to the terminal.

Novotel - from £125 inc. 1 week hotel parking

This is a great choice if you want to park your car and not worry about moving it again until your return. The price is surprisingly low given how plush the hotel is.

Parking details: Your car stays exactly where you park it for the duration of your holiday. The hotel operates a shuttle bus to and from the airport which costs £3 per person.

The Days Inn - from £100 inc. 1 week Long-Stay parking

This hotel has made the list because it's such good value-for-money. There is no on-site restaurant but loads of alternatives including Waitrose nearby as well as the Ramada's restaurant next door.

Parking details: Overnight parking is included at the Days Inn hotel. In the morning drive to the Long-Stay car park, it is just 5 minutes from hotel so your morning journey is kept to a minimum.

The Ramada - from £107 inc. 1 week Long-Stay parking

Neighbouring the Days Inn and a very similar package, The Ramada has its own restaurant and an extra star to boast over the Days Inn but usually costs a few more pounds.
