The pick up time on my return, advertised as minutes, and confirmed as minutes by the Maple Manor receptionist was actually minutes. Unacceptable.
Will never use again.,

My only concern was I arrived at 3.30am and it was all in darkness as I had booked 4am but traffic was good. I thought I was at wrong place. I drove around then found them open 3.40am. The customer service I received was excellent
