Purple Parking Heathrow T3

Area of facilities not very good, poor road conditions, unhelpful staff, wasn't very polite or helpful. Car was very muddy and not how I left it.

Approximately of us been waiting at the Stop in the cold with our months old baby, despite we rung as soon as we arrived as instructed. Trqnsfer to Car park takesmin instead-30min as discribed

The driver wound down his window and shouted to another driver on the road. He actually done this twice.
I just felt this was inappropriate. Risky. And extremely bad mannered.

Parking arrangements were fine even though I still don't like leaving my keys behind. The staff were courteous. The bus service was slow to pick up at the terminal and the parking was a long way - about a minute drive

staff on arrival could of been a little more helpful, as this was the 1st time I had used purple parking.

Very easy parking the car on arrival. Rand a number when we were in baggage reclaim and when we got outside we only waited a few minutes before we were picked up.

A little tricky to find in the dark as sat nav stopped just short of the entrance. Bit of a wait for the bus to pick us up on our return but otherwise a good service.
