Everything went smoothly, didn't interact with staff except to thank the driver,transfer bus was on time.

We were not sure if we were in the correct car park as your name was not listed anywhere - just "long stay" . It would have helped if your literature mentioned that we could safely go into the long stay. It did worry us right to the exit.

Pick-up / transfer both ends was quick and efficent. The only down side was the lack of shelter at the Airport pick-up end.

The problem we had was when we were leaving i put the ticket in and the machine was asking for the full price - I had to ring for assistance and give all details and it was soon sorted but it did come as a bit of a shock at first.
