No problem parking, was at the airport within 10 mins, helpful driver as my husband has a disability

could not contact anybody by phone to confirm our flight home with turkish airways was cancelled through no fault of our own for extra day and had to pay extra £ 15 to leave car park

The bays where we park would benefit from being covered in tarmac. When we arrived it had been raining, the rough surface made dragging cases difficult and sprayed dirty water onto the cases.

Our only concern is that Jet 3 parking needs more signposts on the roads before it. Even with a sat nav it was difficult to find.
