So easy to drop of your keys and 2 min walk into terminal, upon arrival back went to get keys and was shown where to collect car also very easy would highly recommend

Main improvement I would suggest if the coloured signs re parking area where cars are parked for your return could be illuminated better in the dark we had to wander a bit to find BLUE it was furthest from reception.

The meet and greet was great but the lounge wasn't as good as I'd hoped it would be, I'm a fussy eater and eats eggs of a morning but all that was available was pancakes

I had to amend my dates very close to the booking. There was no issue amending the dates which didn’t cost me any more to rebook.

Great service at Manchester T1 Meet &Greet. Very easy to use my voucher from a booking cancelled due to Covid 2 years ago. Usually use Holiday Extras and will do so again.

The automated ticket machine wasn’t working on our departure so we had to queue for assistance. Also in return our key wasn’t in one of the automated collection boxes so we had to queue for assistance again.

Very straight forward and easy booking process at discounted price. Car park easy to find using directions given. Very friendly and helpful staff giving clear instructions at car park and quick collection process.
