Hotel very nice with friendly helpful staff. Transfers to and from airport went very smoothly. This was 2nd time we used this hotel and would book again. Holiday extras.com make everything so easy at reasonable prices.

Everything was as described, absolutely no problems with Holiday Extras, only issue was with the Hilton at Manchester Airport whom we had to call 4 times before they came to collect us upon returning to the airport, to collect our car.

We needed the copy of a form we filled in at the hotel to get our car keys back upon return. This was not explained to us, but did not detract from a very good booking experience.

toilet in our room was broke when we arrived however after telling the staff, they immediately tranferred us to an upgraded room and gave us all a free drink,

Excellent service from start to finish! The room was comfortable albeit a little warm. The food was fantastic and the hassle free drop off and collection of my car was very welcome. A superb start and end to the holiday. Highly recommended!

The Hilton Manchester Airport had good rooms and the hotel parking and free transfer to the terminal made for a good choice considering our 6am flight. Will definitely stay for our next flight out of Manchester.
