Everything went smoothly, from booking, to following the hotel directions, to parking the car. On our return, out hotel transfer was with us in around three minutes. I would thoroughly recommend Holiday Extras to others.

Hilton Hotels let the side down when I tried to call them the night before to double check the booking.
A hopeless customer service system which results in you being connected to a foreign call centre who are clueless.
