The Crowne Plaza isn't a big, stuffy hotel; it prides itself on keeping its guests comfortable and catering to their needs. From the large, comfy beds to the luxury toiletries and the quirky artwork on the walls, the Plaza does all it can to help you relax.

The hotel runs a Sleep Advantage program, the aim of which is to ensure you have the best night's sleep possible. All the hotel's rooms are modern, and have large, luxurious beds, with plush cotton bedding and supportive mattress toppers. The hotel provides free aromatherapy products for all the rooms to help you create a relaxing atmosphere. There are individual thermostats and the sound-proofed windows can be opened, so you'll be able to find the right temperature for the perfect night's sleep.

When you're not sleeping, you'll find a large flatscreen TV with satellite channels and pay-per-view movies in all the rooms, along with high-speed wifi for £10 a day. There's a workspace with desk and chair too, and you can book a wake up call through your TV if you need one. All the rooms are en suite, with a bath and shower and soft, white towels and free bathrobes.

Extra beds and cribs are available, along with connecting rooms. The hotel has a small number of rooms adapted for disabled guests and allows guide dogs with prior notice.
