everything was ok except for waiting in freezing conditiond outside airport for 20 mins after phoning for pickup when we could see the roof of the hotel from where we stood.

Ground floor rooms in Manchester Airport Hilton rather cold and took a long time to heat up! 5th floor great.

Dear All
This is the first time I booked with Holiday Extras.com and it will not be the last. We have travelled many times from Manchester Airport and would pay around £46 for two weeks at the Airparks. However we stayed at the Hilton Hotel at terminal two and paid for one night each at the hotel including the carpark for £76. We had a great time and the staff and drivers from the hotel were excellent. I would recommend the above. 10 out of 10.

We always try to stay in the Hilton and yes again it was lovely. the car parking as gone back to how it was before and the Hilton mini bus took us back to the Hilton car park. this was much appreciated after a long haul flight back home. it is real value for money and a perfect stress free way to both start and finish your holiday. thank you

We stayed in the Hilton hotel before travelling to USA on holiday, that was fine no problems. We left our car there so it was easy to collect on our return as we had a very long journey. Only our car had been taken off site from the hilton for storage whilst we were away and not returned. So after a journey of approx 24 hours travelling we had to wait approx 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our car once we had arrived at the hotel. This is not acceptable.

We would have ticked a higher value if the room that we had been in was cleaner. Red wine had been spilt by a previous customer and it was up the walls and all over the bedside table. Had we spotted it earlier in our stay we would have asked for a cleaner room. Apart from that it made the start of our holiday a lot easier.

The Manchester airport Hilton was great, the staff are really lovely and helpful. The staff in the Servisair lounge were also very good, especially as I had booked in at the wrong terminal!!

We had to wait 45 minutes in rain on freezing cold car park at Manchester airport with a measly shelter to protect us whilst we waited for transport back to hotel, which was 5 min away, to collect our car. Terrible. Drop off at hotel was good though, shame return service was so poor.

An excellent and efficient service. The hotel staff were very helpful and we were upgraded to an executive room in a quiet part of the hotel. Transfers were quick and immediate, only taking a few minutes to be picked up and dropped off. All in all excellent value for money and we will certainly use the service again.

Staying at the Hilton the day before flying off on our holiday was a relaxing experience and we would definitely recommend this to our friends and fellow travellers. We are flying to Egypt in September from Birmingham and hope we can find another hotel as nice as yours in Manchester.

The service was excellent and even though we arrived late there was still a good selection of snacks available at the bar and the food was wonderful. We have stayed at a number of airport hotels and we would definitely recommend this one. The transfer service to and from the terminal was very smooth and effortless.
