Any restaurant whose menu has a section marked �pies� is good with us � and the Arts Brasserie is a pleasant place to tuck into a slice of chicken, ham and leek shortcrust pie with parsley new potatoes and green beans. It�s a bright, welcoming place lit through large windows, with elegant red, beige and dark wooden tables and chairs.

There are daily specials as well as the set menu, which includes steaks, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, pies, curries, pasta and salads. Standouts include a very tasty chicken tikka masala with rice, naan bread, mini poppadoms and mango chutney. Delicious dessert options include both hot chocolate fudge cake with white chocolate mousse and chocolate ice cream, and chocolate jaffa torte with apricot and brandy compote on the menu. Prices start from �3.50 for a starter, �11.50 for a main and �5.25 for a dessert, and you can save yourself some money when you book your dinner through us � you�ll get food up to the value of �20 for just �16 per person.

Breakfast

For breakfast, fry-up fans can tuck into sausages, bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, hash browns, beans, mushrooms and black pudding, while the cold section includes ham and cheese, yogurt, fresh and dried fruit, white and brown toast with jam or marmalade and cereals, as well as tea, coffee and fruit juice; all for just �11.95.
