Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: On arrival at Airparks Gatwick (formerly BCP) keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your vehicle in one of the arrivals bays, remembering your lane number. Once at reception present them with your booking confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and car and flight details.
Place your car keys in the red key box, with corresponding lane number, before catching the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the reception area and calls at both terminals.
Departure: From the South terminal, proceed to bus stop 13 or from the North terminal, go to bus stop five and wait for the Airparks bus. Once you return to Airparks Gatwick (formerly BCP) have your vehicle receipt ready for arrival at reception and collection of your car.
