Airparks Video Far be it from us to try to ape the great Tina Turner, but we have to say that Airparks Gatwick is simply the best. It’s best for value – it’s almost always the cheapest parking at Gatwick, even though it's only 10 to 15 minutes from both terminals. And it's best for customer service too: they can bring your car to the airport when you return from holiday, and even take you to the terminal in your own car if you're running late. Better than all the rest? We’ll let you try it for yourself and see …

To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police and show that they have good security measures and are clean and well-lit.

Gatwick Airparks Transfers

The transfer bus runs to both terminals every 15 to 20 minutes and takes 10 minutes to get to the North terminal and 15 minutes to get to the South terminal. Transfers run 24 hours a day and are included in the price. Transfers run 24 hours a day.

Disabled facilities: The transfer buses are wheelchair accessible.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: Stay in the left lane - the barrier will lift automatically to let you in. Park your car in one of the arrivals bays and make a note of the lane number. Then make your way to reception.
You'll be asked to confirm your booking reference, and your car and flight details, so we advise, as always, bringing a copy of your booking confirmation with you. You'll also be given a receipt for your car, which will have instructions on the back for what to do when you get back from holiday.
Then just put your car keys in the red box for your lane number. Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport. The bus leaves from the covered waiting area outside reception and calls at both terminals.
If you're running late, don't panic. Airparks Gatwick can take you and your luggage straight to the terminal in your own car, which a member of staff will then drive back to the car park and park for you as normal. This service is called Late To Airport and costs £25.

Departure: If you're at the South terminal, turn left out of the terminal and wait at bus stop 7 or 8, about 25 yards from the exit.
If you're at the North terminal, turn right out of the terminal and follow signs for buses. Wait at bus stop 6 or 7.
When you get back to Airparks, you'll need to show your parking ticket at reception, and then you'll be able to collect your car. But if all you really want is to head home straightaway, book our Airparks Return Greet package and have your car brought to the terminal for you.
