Information for travellers affected by the events in Tunisia

Friday 3 Jul 15

We've all been deeply affected by the tragic situation in Tunisia and are doing everything we can to help. We have extra people on the phones to try to answer your calls as quickly as possible, but it may take longer than normal for you to get through.

Cancelling your booking

We’re sure you’re more worried about your safety than our terms and conditions right now, so if you need to cancel your booking, we’ll do so with a minimum of red tape. All we need from you is to let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 0800 977 4276 (or +441303 816 498 if you're calling from abroad).

All our normal terms and conditions will apply, with a few exceptions:
• If you booked before 26 Jun 2015 and are no longer travelling, we will cancel your booking without any administration charges.
• If you are changing your travel plans and your new booking is cheaper than the original, we will refund the difference.
• If your new booking is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference.

Delays returning home

If you think your flight home will be delayed and you're worried about being charged extra, just fill in our delayed-return form and we'll get back to you.

Any other questions

If you have any other questions about your holiday, please email us at with your booking reference and we'll do our best to answer them for you.

If you have an urgent question, you can reach us on 0800 977 4276 or +441303 816 498 when you're calling from abroad. Our contact centre is open from 08:00 to 23:00, 08:30 to 20:00 on weekends.
