We're doing everything we can to make things as easy as possible for you if you do need to amend your Holiday Extras booking. Information about our easy cancellation and amendment process is below and we have extra people on the phones to try to answer your calls as quickly as possible.
Were sure youre more worried about your safety than our terms and conditions right now, so if you need to cancel or amend your booking, well do so with a minimum of red tape.
If you're changing your travel plans, were originally travelling to Tunisia and now need to amend your Holiday Extras booking, we'll do so for you.• If you are changing your travel plans and your new booking is cheaper than the original, we will refund the difference. • If your new booking is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference.
If you're returning early from Tunisia and you have a parking booking with us please contact us and we'll try to make sure your car is ready for you when you get back.
