This relaxed and informal bar is located on the ground floor, just off the lobby, making it the perfect place for a spot of people watching. Pick up a newspaper from the rack, recline on comfy chairs and order fresh coffee, a pint of beer or a bottle of wine as you take in the scene. The full Arts restaurant menu is also served here, for lunch and dinner until 10.30pm, and the bar stays open until “late” – about 12.30am. Children under 12 are only allowed in the bar until 10pm, but those 12 and up are welcome anytime.
