Took all the hassle out of the journey. Comfortable room, lovely meal, chauffeured to T2 and on return picked by Karl, who was very friendly and piccked up car kkkeys and dropped us plus exit card. Well done.

Staff were fine, could not find the entrance to the hotel, we could see it, just couldn't work out how to get in to the hotel. Could do with better signage.

Beds were massive. Slept well. Staff helpful and professional. Free transport from terminal on arrival and to train station in the morning prompt and quick. Bar food tasty and nice to have a proper beer after a,week on lager

We stayed one bight either end of our holiday. The first night the room was quite cold and the new lift area was very cold with a breeze blowing through it. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We felt that the last night we stayed there was far more expensive than the first for some reason. However the hotel is fine for an overnight stay, with everything you need in the room. Tea, coffee, hairdryer etc, and very clean.

Yes Everything went OK. Service could be better with the Car i.e dropping the car off instead of having to unload then go and park up again. Upon return collection was brilliant but then we had to lug all of our luggage to the back of the rear carpark in the pouring rain. Would of been better if car had been moved to front of hotel, they know when we are returning so wouldn't be too difficult to organise. Maybe a small thing but would make all the difference after a 11 hour flight.

Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. The only negative point was when we returned and we were told our car was in front of the hotel when in fact it wasn't. We ended up wandering around outside looking for it in heavy rain. Apart from that, we would definitely use the Clayton again.

Staff at reception were abrupt. Room had a musty smell and was quite dated. No walkway to terminal so used the courtesy bus and that was efficient.I would not use this hotel again but would book with HolidayExtras for elsewhere
