  • We booked the Servisair lounge, north terminal, and found the staff very welcoming and helpful. The separate area for the kids was very good as we didn't feel we disturbed anyone and the snacks were adequate. The console needed more games.

  • Had problems with rooms at Russ Hill Hotel, they were not good! Had to change 1 on first day and the change was not good either . However they made up for it on return with much better ones though I do feel they need to sort them out .

  • Airport Lounge was a great place to relax and chill out while waiting for the flight to board and kick off your holiday-highly recommended.
    Car parking was smooth and efficient, well sign posted etc, one very minor criticism (and one that I appreciate you can do nothing about) was that getting the bus back to the car park on arrival back at Gatwick was something of a free-for-all, people queue jumping and pushing their way onto the bus. I hasten to add I would very happily book these services without a second thought
