When we arrived the barrier did not go up, we pressed for assistance twice to no availe and then had to take a ticket to access the carpark. When we got in the airport we phoned and were informed to report to your office on our return to have the ticket zeroed. On our return we went to your office the gentleman was polite and helpful and he zeroed our parking ticket. BUT the gentleman informed us that the system had been down the previous Saturday and that it had been nightmare. Maybe next time a employee could be at the barrier to explain the situation or even just a notice attached to ticket machine explaining the situation would be very helpful to your customers. Less stressful for all concerned!

Car park quite conveniently located - We waited several minutes for bus pick-up to Terminal building,however; On our return from holiday we decided to walk back yo our car, even though it was late at night with heavy cases, as we thought this would save appreciable precious time.
As we exited the car park on our return - the barrier did not rise! This caused us to panic which was not appreciated late at night at the end of our holiday! So a rather disappointing conclusion to our holiday parking experience!!

I mistakenly gave a wrong digit regarding my car,s number plate and was therefore unable to enter or leave the long stay car park. I contacted a very helpful staff member via the on site assistance phone. This gentleman sorted the problem for me in a very efficient manner, I cannot express my gratitude enough because at the time I was very stressed regarding my situation. A service like this is extremely rare these days. Thanks again

I had never been to Cardiff airport parking before so I was very impressed that my booking confirmation provided the adress and post code for sat nav as well as directions. When I arrived and left everything worked as instructed. I will definitely be using the facilities again.

On the way in barrier would not rise & let us in. Had to ring for assistance. Had to go to desk on way out to make sure I wouldn't have to pay again. Gentleman very helpful no problems on way out. Also found other providers cheaper.

Longstay Carpark 1 is not indicated on the signage outside the airport. I recently used this Carpark and went into the entrance I usually use only to be totally confused by the signage within the airport area which directed me back out of the airport area to get access to Longstay 1. Why isn't signed on all of the road signs drivers follow when they approach from Barry? I will use it again now I know how to get to it!

Flight was cancelled so returned the following day but the car park camera didn't recognise my number plate as I was coming in on a different date. Car park staff very helpful and sorted within minutes. - great service.
