Arrival at Gatwick Maple Manor Parking

You don't need to call Maple Parking on your way to the airport unless your travel plans have changed. If you do need to contact the car park on the day call them on 01293 652 299 and choose option 1.
Drive past the Sofitel Hotel and turn right immediately after the pedestrian traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Follow the signs for Meet & Greet Reception, pass through the video booth and park in a dedicated Meet & Greet parking bay.

Head to the reception where you'll need to provide your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.

From there you can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.

Getting to and from Gatwick airport

North Terminal - head to the Sofitel car park, take a ticket. Follow signs for 'meet & greet operators' - walk to the terminal in 3 minutes.

Returning to the airport:

- Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to request the driver to meet you with the car. You'll be given instructions on where to meet your driver.
At their discretion, Maple Parking will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £20 per day.

On your return to Gatwick Maple Manor Parking

Exit the North Terminal International Arrivals, cross both roads and continue straight ahead towards the Sofitel Hotel located on the main terminal forecourt.

Once at the main terminal forecourt, cross the road at the pedestrian traffic lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Reception. Your car will be ready and waiting for you in one of the dedicated Meet and Greet parking bays.

[/b]If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you booked, please ring Maple Parking on 01293 533 000, 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

More information

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you have a specially adapted vehicle this will need to be checked with the car park. To see if Maple Parking can take your vehicle, call 0800 093 5478.

Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry. Let Maple Parking know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to the other terminal free of charge.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 8 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If your car is taller than 1.8m let the car park know when you call and they will meet you in a different location.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
