Gatwick Maple Manor Parking Transfers
No transfers are required. Once your car is picked up you proceed directly to check in.
Transfer hours: 24 hours a day.
Disabled facilities: The car park welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Arrival: Drive to the terminal's Short Stay car park and at the barrier, take a ticket and drive through. Head to the Short Stay car park and take a ticket from the barrier, then at the North terminal, go to car park 6 on level 1 and look for the Approved Operator area surrounded by blue cones.
You'll see a uniformed the car park driver waiting for you. Make sure to take all of your belongings out of the car before you leave. The driver will check your car over for damage and you'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information. Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage. All you need to do then is head to check-in while your car is parked for you in a secured car park.
Departure: Once you've collected your luggage, call 01293 652 299 and choose option 1. You'll be given instructions on where to meet your driver. Then when you've gone through security, all you need to do is head to the Short Stay car park, where you dropped your car off, collect your car and go home.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
Security at Gatwick Maple Manor Parking
While you're away, your car will be stored in a secured car park. All have been awarded the police Park Mark award, the Trading Standards Authority's Buy With Confidence award and are approved by Gatwick airport. All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
