Arrival at Gatwick Maple Manor Parking
You should call the car park on 01293 652 299 and choose option 1 when you're about 20 minutes from the airport, so that your driver can be sent to the terminal to meet you. Follow the signs to the North terminal roundabout and at the roundabout, follow the brown signs to the Hampton by Hilton hotel. Follow the road towards the hotel's car park entrance, but don't drive in. Instead, just before the entrance, turn right into Car Park M, stay in the left lane and follow the signs to the Approved Operator area. There, you'll be met by a uniformed Maple Manor driver.
Make sure to take all of your belongings out of the car, including your car park ticket. The driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage, and you'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information. Please make sure you leave enough time for your driver to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage. All you need to do then is head to check-in while your car is parked for you in Maple Manor's secured car park.
From there, it's just a short walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car for you in a secured car park.
Getting to and from Gatwick airport
When you get to the airport, head to the Approved Operator area in Car Park M, park your car and hand in your keys at reception. From there, it's just a short walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car for you in a secured car park.
When you get back, call Maple Manor and head to the lift just before the exit doors, and go to the first floor. Follow the signs to the Hampton hotel and from there follow the signs to the Approved Operator area, where a driver will return your car to you.
On your return to Gatwick Maple Manor Parking
Once you've collected your luggage, call 01293 652 299 and choose option 1. As you leave the North terminal, head to the lift just before the exit doors and go to the first floor. Follow the signs to the Hampton hotel and from there follow the signs to the Approved Operator area, where you can collect your car. Then all you need to do is hop in your car and go home.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.
If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages.
