Barrier opened too early, it was a much better experience before the auto barrier was installed, the guys in the booth did not even knoe we were arriving! but we will use again

Everything went smoothly with the car parking, arriving and departing. I didn't get a ticket, as expected on arrival, but departure also worked fine on number plate recognition.

Information we received said we would be issued a ticket at the barrier on entry but the barrier went straight up when our registration was recognised and no ticket issued. A bit confusing. Infirmation needs updating

Staff were very good and helped when on returning to our car we discovered we had a flat car battery. As this must happen often I would suggest you have a permanent battery charger on site so that you can get customers on their way home quickly.

Very pleased with service. only one negative comment which is that the M&G office was not obvious at night, so better directions would help and/or office was illuminated. Otherwise every thing went smoothly.
