Our car was damaged when we returned back to the airport after our holiday . The car next to us was not the car that was parked in that space when we first arrived. It's clear that it was the car parked on our return as all the markings matched the same places where they hit our car.

Being a wheelchair user, we had to use a shuttle bus to the airport. We have always been able to park without the need for a shuttle bus. Never the less our car was secure whilst we were away.

I always use Meet and Greet at East Midlands airport. Efficient service but one problem for me last week was as a female loan traveller for the 1st time. My car, for collection was the furthest away it could be, near the exit, so at least I didn't get lost getting out, but it was dark and a quite a walk to find it and a bit scary for me. It would be nice if this part of the service could be improved.

Everything worked very well. Booked into short stay car park and was able to get in and out without having to produce any paperwork. Was a bit worried initially as last time we booked East Midlands car park 1 in advance was unable to find a car park space and lots of cars were experiencing the same thing. Could not try another car park as we had paid in advance for this one. Eventually, after
about minutes found one. This time did not have this problem. Problem is there are no staff manning car parks to ask advice.
