Heathrow Business Parking T5 Transfers

A Heathrow Pod will transfer you to the airport within one to two minutes. Transfers are included in the price and are available 24 hours a day. The Pods run on demand only between 1am and 4am.

Transfer hours: 3am to 1am.

Disabled facilities: Parking bays for Blue Badge holders situated near entrance. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
When you arrive at the car park, drive up to the barrier. Your number plate will be read and recognised and a ticket showing your booking reference will be issued. If the ticket is not issued automatically, press the button for a ticket. Go to the zone indicated and park your car.

Departure: Catch the next Heathrow Pod from the airport back to the car park and collect your car. The bus stop is marked POD Parking and is outside the valet parking office.
If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, go to the customer service exit lane and show the ticket, quoting your booking reference.
