Holiday Extras restructures for growth

Steve Lawrence became executive chairman of Holiday Extras Holdings Limited and Holiday Extras Limited in December 2009, as the company restructured its business to support significant growth.

Four distinct Holiday Extras businesses

Four new CEOs, all promoted from within the company, were appointed to head up Holiday Extras Ltd, Airparks Ltd, Short Breaks and Holiday Extras Continental at the end of 2009.
