We handle more than one million calls a year in our contact centre and aim to keep every one of our customers happy. Over 99 per cent are, and we're working extra hard to please the rest.

Our contact centre regularly wins awards, and in 2009 we were named one of the UK's top ten contact centres in the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service awards.

Here to help in times of crisis

During the volcanic ash cloud disruption of 2010, around 200,000 of our customers were affected. We made the decision very quickly not to retain our standard booking policy and got to work negotiating with our suppliers so that we were able to refund or rebook the vast majority of reservations affected by the volcano chaos.

Our customers are the reason we have been in business for 28 years, and they come first.

Proactive

We realise that sometimes, unfortunately, things can go wrong. The customer relations team at Holiday Extras does everything it can to pre-empt any problems and to deal with them swiftly and effectively.

We have seven full-time and three part-time staff working to keep you happy. And we constantly run quality control checks on the service we are providing.

Complaints

Our complaints ratio is just 0.14%, an industry low, meaning that less than one per cent of our customers encounter a problem when booking travel add-ons with Holiday Extras.

We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and respond to you within 14 working days. Everything will be done to resolve your problem in a fair and reasonable manner.
