We handle more than one million calls a year in our contact centre and aim to keep every one of our customers happy. Over 99 per cent are, and we're working extra hard to please the rest.

In 2009 we were named one of the UK's top ten contact centres in the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service awards, and in 2008 we came out top for Entertainment, Leisure and Travel.

Proactive

We realise that sometimes, unfortunately, things can go wrong. The customer relations team at Holiday Extras does everything it can to pre-empt any problems and to deal with them swiftly and effectively.

We have seven full-time and three part-time staff working to keep you happy. And we constantly run quality control checks on the service we are providing.

Complaints

Our complaints ratio is just 0.11%, an industry low, meaning that less than one per cent of our customers encounter a problem when booking travel add-ons with Holiday Extras.

You can also lodge a complaint via our website on the 'Post a comment' forms at the bottom of every product page, or by phoning 0871 360 2318.

We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and respond to you within 14 working days. Everything will be done to resolve your problem in a fair and reasonable manner.
