When you pay for the Cancellation Charges Waiver this will protect you if you need to cancel your booking. Provided that you cancel your airport hotel or airport hotel with parking booking at least 24 hours before the stay date. Airport parking bookings must be cancelled before the day of travel.
Holiday Extras normal cancellation charges (£7.50 airport parking, £15 airport hotels) will not apply. Please note that if you cancel your airport hotel booking or your airport hotel with parking booking within 24 hours of the stay date or cancel your airport parking booking on the day of travel or afterwards you will be charged the full cost of your booking including the cost of the Cancellation Charges Waiver.
The Cancellation Protection offered by the Cancellation Charges Waiver is not available if you are booking for the same or the next day.The Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable.
