  • LHR Meet and Greet Directions to the terminal area were clear. Arrival at the valet parking office was simple and within 10 minutes I was in the airport booking in for myu flight. On return at 0700 in the morning I called the parking office and upon leaving the terminal went straight to my car, clean and waiting for me and was on the road by 0748. Superb service, i will be using them again.

  • LHR Meet and Greet Booked valet parking at Heathrow T3 and it couldn't have been better. Booking was easy and drop off/ pick up of car was excellent. Money well spent to make the beginning and end of our holiday stress free.

  • LHR Meet and Greet We found the drop off area very easily, Our car was taken and we walked straight into departures. On our return I called the number I had been given and by the time we got to the pick up point our car was waiting. great service we would use again.

  • LHR Meet and Greet Booking was straightforward, and the arrangements worked perfectly. Staff were expecting us and were courteous and efficient. The only improvement would be a better (ie more precise) map of the book-in point at Heathrow.

  • LHR Meet and Greet Excellent service would definitely use the service again. I would agree with other comments that that the signing could be clearer articularly if you are unfamiliar with Heathrow- saying that we found you first time!

  • LHR Meet and Greet This is the first time I have left my car at the airport, believe me it was so easy, a minute or so walk from drop off to Departure point and the best thing was when my car was ready on arrival. Excellent service and it's worth it!!

  • LHR Meet and Greet You were absolutely the best. Our flight was cancelled with Virgin on 21 December and we eventually found a flight with BA on 24 and we didn't have to change anything with you. We just came along to a different terminal and you looked after the car and there it was when we returned all beautifully clean and ready to go. And it's always the same - you are brilliant! Thank you.

  • LHR Meet and Greet Perfect start and perfect end to our holiday. We were caught in traffic and running late worried we would miss our check in, without valet parking we would have missed our flight. On the return our car was waiting just outside arrivals, with children, luggage and pouring rain we were in our car within minutes. Excellent service does what it says it does!

  • LHR Meet and Greet The one concern I always had with meet and greet was the wait for the car to come back. The change to the system where you now ring as soon as you land has corrected this.

  • LHR Meet and Greet excellent service,your staff were helpful and friendly. Even though the flight was delayed a couple of hours they helped us to the car and loaded our bags a service we were not expecting and would give 11/10
