The drop off and minibus to Terminal 2 was very good. The pick up when I got home was not good. I landed at 18.20, called immediately and the pickup arrived at 18.56 (bus stop 17) with us getting back to our car at19.16

These guys make airport parking easy. Not necessarily the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Efficient check-in on arrival, short bus ride to the terminal and polite and helpful staff.

your information on the bath rd car park is incorrect it tells you to ignore the post code as you will miss the entrance.
Unfortunately 15 Bath Rd is no longer a current address and it is in fact 1.5 miles away from the actual car park
I wasted 30 minutes because of this fortunately I had enough time to catch my flight

The transfer to T4 at Heathrow was longer than the 5 minutes I think was advertised on your website.
The worst bit was we were on hold for 10 minutes when we landed to get through to one of your operators. This was unacceptable as I thought the idea of the business side was to cater for those who needed to be nearer to the airport and to get out quicker.

The staff were amazing and should be proud of their customer service. I got caught up on the M25 and was running late the staff - from the young lady I phoned for directions and advice to the gentleman that drove the mini bus couldn't have been more helpful. Would be 10/10 except papers left on back seat of car were all over floor when I returned, indicating unnecessarily harsh braking whilst car was being moved by car park operative as well as seat position moved, ventilation controls switched off. I don't understand why drivers have to fiddle with everything.
