I had cause to make a complaint to Purple parking, as it took an hour to transfer me from the terminal to my car upon return. They have acknowledged that their Business service was compromised on this occasion and have offered me a 50% reduction on a further booking.

Having followed Purple Parking instructions to the letter, it took them 35 minutes, and two calls, to collect us from Terminal 5. I contacted staff who, although pleasant and helpful, promptly said the problem lay with a central control unit! The transfer back to the depot was more like 25 minutes than the 7/8 advertised. Never again.

I am not happy with the service provided by Purple Business Parking. Upon arrival I phoned the number provided and was told the driver would be with us in 10 minutes. That was at 11pm, at 11.25 I phoned again to see where the driver was and was told "sorry but driver is on his way". He eventually turned up at 11.45pm.
