Having followed Purple Parking instructions to the letter, it took them 35 minutes, and two calls, to collect us from Terminal 5. I contacted staff who, although pleasant and helpful, promptly said the problem lay with a central control unit! The transfer back to the depot was more like 25 minutes than the 7/8 advertised. Never again.

I am not happy with the service provided by Purple Business Parking. Upon arrival I phoned the number provided and was told the driver would be with us in 10 minutes. That was at 11pm, at 11.25 I phoned again to see where the driver was and was told "sorry but driver is on his way". He eventually turned up at 11.45pm.

Everything went really well apart from the car park collection time at Terminal 3 when I returned. I recognise the need to call at other terminals to collect other passengers, but I was surprised that I had to wait over 20 minutes for the coach, and that was after I arrived at the stop- not from the time of my call. Otherwise, this is a very good service - Thanks!

Overall very good, my only very slight criticism is that on dropping off the car there could be more communication on when the next shuttle bus was leaving. We got on the bus and waited a while (10 mins) and weren't sure what was happening. Other than that, everything was excellent.
