Everything went according to plan and exactly as two years ago in Business Purple Parking. Very smooth and efficient check in, transfer to the terminal at Heathrow and very quick pick up from the terminal back to the park. I would always use Holiday Extras and would recommend other to do likewise. Booking with Holiday Extras is a trouble free experience.

Nothing to improve as far as I was concerned. Greeting on arrival was good , explanation of how it works was good. Only had to wait about 5 mins for transport to terminal.Only had to wait 5-10 mins on return . All in all excellent.

I didn't realise I had to give them my car key. I didn't like having to ring them when I landed and it took 30 minutes for the bus to come after I called.. Which left me standing in the middle of roads with a 3 year old at the bus stop

The company is very dependable as well as reliable. Everything went as smoothly as promised. My car was found the same way it was left which implyes that purple parking is trustworthy.The staff were very helpful in attending to my bags which was unexpected however very gracious. I would definitely recommend this high quality service to anyone.

Went very smoothly, only criticism was time I had to wait to go from car park to Terminal 2. At 5am having to wait for another customer that was late making me late seemed unacceptable given the amount of buses available.

It was fine - but the Purple Parking is a very long way from Terminal 5, so if looking for a business level service I would probably just pay the extra £10 or so that it would have cost to park in the T5 carpark right up close to the terminal. For T1,2,3 it is absolutely perfect.

Although my SatNav decided to take me to a different address (!!!)I eventually located you and was delighted at the speed and efficiency in which I was greeted,directed to a parking space and taken to T5. The return was equally as impressive with the transport being at the bus stop as I approached and my car ready to drive away. Very many thanks.

Yes all good although the term 'business parking' is a bit of a misnomer as most people were holiday makers and the bus went to T4 prior to T5 - I suppose I was expecting a little more speedy service. Although generally speaking it all went quite well. I would use you again as long as the price remains competitive.

Second time used business parking. Works very smoothly. The only downside is transit time to T4 and T5. A second location to SW of airport would greatly improve convenience.

Arrival was fine. However the wait at bus stop 22 on return was just too long. We waited approx 25 mins. Other customers waited 40 mins between phoning the office and pick up. It took atleast 10 mins for someone to answer the phone to advise we had retrieved our bags and we're ready for pick up. I wouldn't use this parking again.

The whole process was extremely efficient. Arriving with our car we parked very quickly & were promptly taken to the airport. On our return I phoned to say we were at the airport & a bus was sent out to collect us, our car was near the entrance so we could drive away immediately. The staff were very nice, I will definitely use this service again.

I can't recommend this parking facility enough. It was incredibly easy to get to, the whole system was very quick and easy with no delays at either end. Everyone was very helpful and the price was great too. Perfect parking only minutes from the airport! We will only use this one from now on!
