Arrival at car park and transfer to ship went smoothly and efficiently. Only minor problem was website states electric charge points available, but have not been installed yet.
Return after cruise was a problem in that there was not sufficient transport from ship to car park meaning a very long wait for the shuttle bus. Eventually decided to hire a taxi with other passengers to return to the car park. This was a let down considering you knew how many people were returning for their cars at the same time from the same ship. I have said yes to your question of booking this car park again, but would also check out other sites.

Arrived at parking site to find all shut/ closed with little time to get to embarkation. Horrific. I have used you over three years for parking at Dover withPirt Parking. Having already been held up on M20 with speed restrictions, I phoned the no. given to be told they moved in May and gave me instructions, back up the M20 to Jct. 12. Horrific, probably got speeding ticket trying to find new site. Other people also had same problem. When you e. Mail so many adverts, maybe I deleted it , if one was sent telling me about the move, but this was not good enough, written advice should have been sent on such an important notice. This was an extremely hair raising experience.

Dover Port Parking was very easy for embarkation, but a completely different experience for disembarkation as there were only 4 minibuses taking 8 passengers at a time which resulted in us waiting over an hour before we were transported to our car.

All went well, we were expected and met by friendly staff. Travel to the port was reasonably quick. On return, however, we had to wait quite a while due to the limited number of minibuses and the distance between the port and the parking area.

The car park was easy to find and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was a small wait for the minibus after disembarkation, but otherwise very good. I would recommend this company.

Welcomed on arrival and a smooth transfer to our ship.
On return a vehicle was awaiting for a smooth transfer back to the parking and the two gentlemen were more than helpful in assisting us to start our car, when we discovered that the battery was flat.

Relyon car parking in Dover was 1st class. So helpful and courteous. Even took our bags out of our car for us! Drove us right up to the cruise terminal departure point. Will definitely use again.

I booked Port Parking in Dover several months ago, having used it before. A couple of months ago, I was told that that facility had changed and that I now needed to park in Folkestone. I was slightly disturbed, but could make it work. On arrival, there was no sign, no staff member and no-one answered the phone, but someone in a shed there told me that I was parking in the right place and it would be fine. Slightly uncomfortable, but unable to do anything different I left the car for 10 days and then went looking when I got back. That day, there was a sign propped up, and I spoke to a guy in the same hut. He said that the sign was only there on Fridays and Saturdays as that was when most people parked. Also, he said that the car park was never locked, but always watched, in spite of what I had been told by email. The car got very dirty there, but perhaps that was me picking a bad spot where birds roost? Overall I would use it again, but I was not overly impressed with the amount done to give customers confidence that they were doing the right thing.

All went well, I arrived at site where there was a shuttle bus about to depart, they took my case and loaded it to the bus. Smooth journey to the cruise port. Return at end of cruise went well although it wasn't clear exactly where the bus would be. It had made one journey and then returned for the rest of us.

The parking facility was excellent, however the same can't be said about holiday extras. I had originally booked airport parking for April which I had to cancel due to the pandemic. Holiday extras originally said my credit card would be refunded the full amount I had paid but then withdrew this before the credit could be processed, and only offered a credit voucher which I have only just been able to use.

We had to wait in the freezing cold for over an hour for the shuttle back to our car because even with hundreds of guests, they only put on 2 small minibuses!

Car park had moved location and the distance was correctly noted, however Port Parking thought they could manage all their bookings with 2 or 3 mini vans and a 30 minute round trip. We waited in a queue for an hour after we got off the ship to get to the front. On collection of our keys from management there was not a word of apology- which would have gone a long way. Will seriously think hard before using them again.
