Southampton Cruise Parking Ltd (A Maple Manor Company) transfers
Transfers are included in the price and take 15 to 20 minutes.
The transfer buses run constantly to and from the cruise terminals when they are in operation. Transfers to the docks run from noon, and transfers from the docks run from 7.30am. Transfers outside these times can be arranged, as long as you let the car park know in advance.
It is not advisable to arrive too far in advance of your car park check-in time, as there are limited facilities at the docks for passengers who are waiting to board.
Disabled facilities: Cruise Parking welcomes bookings from disabled passengers. We ask that you telephone after booking so we can discuss your requirements and make the necessary arrangements to ensure that your transfer to and from the dock is as smooth as possible. For example, if you have a mobility scooter we will need to allow extra luggage space for your party.
A meet and greet service is provided for severely disabled passengers.
There is a ramp outside reception and there are disabled toilets in the offices.

Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Make your way to reception. A member of staff will check you in and complete the necessary paperwork. There is a heated indoor waiting area with toilets, ample seating and tea and coffee facilities where you can wait in comfort before boarding the transfer bus to the terminal. Transfers are included in the price.
Departure: Please call Cruise Parking on 07825 266740 to tell them your disembarkation time. You will then be picked up by the transfer bus and brought back to the car park. The buses run regularly to and from the cruise terminals when the ships are docking, and transfers are included in the price.
