Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for

Holiday Extras has been named as one of the Top 100 Companies to work for in Sunday Times 100 Best Companies, 2010. This is the fifth time that Holiday Extras has made the list.

We are very proud to appear on the Sunday Times list again: especially against such strong competition from the country's best companies and during tough times for the travel industry.

The Travel Weekly Globes 2010

Best add-ons and Best travel insurance provider. The Holiday Extras team celebrated their win at the Travel Weekly Awards, which took place at London's Grosvenor House on Tuesday January 19, 2010.

TV personalities Alan Carr and Kirsy Allsop presented the awards, with entertainment provided by the X Factor’s Stacey Solomon and Danyl Johnson.

Top 10 UK call centres 2009

Top 10 Call Centre

Holiday Extras, has been named one of the UK's top ten call centres for customer service in 2009. The company scored 88.86% for customer service - up 4% from the previous year - in the second annual Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service awards.

Kent Excellence in Business Awards

Best employer in Kent

Holiday Extras won the award for Employer of the Year in the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEIBA). The company was also named in the top three in Kent for Large Business of the Year and Customer Service and Commitment. The first KEIBA awards were organised by Kent County Council and The KM Group. The award ceremony wards took place at Leeds Castle on July 2. More than 200 companies across the county entered.
