to the airport
Getting off the plane, jumping straight into a nice, warm car and heading straight home - now there's an appealing prospect. And thanks to Airparks Luton, it's one that's within the reach of the budget-conscious traveller. You take your car to the car park as normal before you fly, but when you return from holiday, it's brought to the terminal for you. It's certainly one way to keep that holiday feeling going.
The staff at Airparks were much more helpful than in January. Perhaps you have taken note of my email then. It would still be much more helpful when traveling with a disabled passenger if Airparks ran a meet service as well as the greet.Mr Moore (Luton Airparks Luton Return Greet)
Many thanks Airp
The outward journey was fine but on return I booked meet and greet at the airport but when we called the car park on our return we were told we had to collect the car ourselves and so far I have not been refunded.Mr Mcgill (Luton Airparks Luton Return Greet)
Very good service. I will fefintely book the pickup from airport option. Only waited about 15 mins from getting my baggage. Also saves the stress of finding the right bus and having to wait for others.Mr Olding (Luton Airparks Luton Return Greet)
We only really had flights as we were staying with family, but the flights were very good... Whizz air always deliver a good flight.Mr O'dell (Luton Airparks Luton Return Greet)
I felt the service at check-in was very efficient and easy, and the transfers were quick and stress free. My only problem (leading to my rating of "7") came on my return to London Luton airport.Mr Smith (Luton Airparks Luton Return Greet)

Arrival at Airparks Luton Return Greet
Dropping your car off at Airparks Luton takes seconds. All you need is a copy of your booking confirmation.
As you drive in, the barrier will open automatically. You'll need to park in one of the numbered arrivals lanes and take note of the lane number. Then unload your luggage, make your way into the check-in building in front of you, head to one of the machines and follow the instructions.
Your car is parked for you, so you'll need to leave your car key with Airparks. The machine will give you a key tag to attach to your car key, and a ticket so you can collect it when you come back. Once you've put the key tag on your key, just drop it in the blue box to the right of the check-in building, in the slot for your lane number. And that's it - you can hop on the transfer bus and head to the terminal. The bus will pick you up from the heated shelter to the right of the check-in building.
On your return to Airparks Luton Return Greet
Call the Airparks Luton office after you have come through the arrivals lounge using the number on your return greet card - this will be either 08442 412211 or 01582 638686. Then arrange for your vehicle to be brought to the front of the departures building.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.
Airparks Luton has ladies' and men's toilets, a baby changing room and disabled toilets. You can also buy snacks and drinks from the vending machine in reception.
If you're worried that your bags might be over your luggage allowance, Airparks Luton now has luggage scales for its customers to use - they cost £1 for 60 seconds.
We normally advise our customers to give themselves 40 minutes to park at Airparks and transfer to the airport - longer during the rush hour between 4am and 8am. However, there are currently roadworks on the M1 between junctions 6a and 12, so we advise you to leave extra time for your journey to Airparks too. More information is available on the Highways Agency website.
Bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won't fit into the luggage racks can't be carried on Airparks buses. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you drop them off at the airport with a passenger before you park and collect your car. Remember to check with your airline that you will be able to take them on the plane.
If you're delayed coming back, you'll need to pay for the extra parking before you go. At the moment extra days cost £15 per day. If you come back early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the time you've not used.
Airparks cannot accept any vehicle with a taxi licence plate - these can only be driven by the licence holder.
