Getting to the Gatwick Ramada

Your home from home, easily found from the station and even easier from the motorway

It’s easy to find the Ramada Plaza if you’re coming to Gatwick airport by car. Please see our map below for directions or put your postcode into the directions finder box at the bottom of the page.

If you’re arriving by car: Leave the M23 at junction 10, go left on the roundabout along Crawley Avenue (the A2011) and stay in the left lane. After a couple of minutes you’ll see the hotel on your left. Turn left at the roundabout here and then immediately left again and you’ve arrived. Pull up to the barrier and take a ticket to enter the hotel’s car park.

You can park in the hotel car park for 30 minutes while you drop off bags and passengers, before taking the short drive to one of the nearby Gatwick airport car parks. You can also leave your car at the hotel for the duration of your stay for £5. Alternatively. you can take advantage of Maple Manor Meet and Greet service and have your car picked up when you check in, then returned to you when you land at the end of your holiday.

If you’re coming by public transport: There are regular trains to Three Bridges from both London Victoria and Brighton. From the station, it’s a 10-minute walk or less than five minutes in a taxi.

You’ll need to use the shuttle bus service to reach the terminal for your flight. The Gatwick airport, G23 bus runs from the Ramada Plaza between 3.03am and 00.45am daily, picking up immediately outside the hotel’s main entrance and dropping off at both the north and south terminal. It costs £3.20 for a single journey (£2.20 for children) and takes around 20 minutes to reach the north terminal, 25 minutes to reach the south terminal.

At the south terminal, the bus drops off at bus stop 13. Immediately across the road from here is the lift to the departures area. At the north terminal, the bus drops off at bus stop 8. From here, follow the signs around the road to the right to reach the terminal building – this walk takes two or three minutes and, once inside the terminal, you’ll need to travel up two levels by escalator to reach departures.

Allow plenty of time to make the journey from the hotel to either the north or south terminal as the bus picks up at three other hotels on the way and travels along the busy A23 to reach the airport.
