The Sofitel hotel is a fine 4-star hotel strategically linked to the North Terminal at Gatwick airport. Rooms at the Sofitel hotel are either classic, deluxe or executive and provide luxurious surroundings and top quality amenities. There are also a range of suites available at the Sofitel including family rooms and easy access rooms.
Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (monorail) will close to passengers on the 28th of September 2009. New shuttles will come into service in May and July 2010. The airport will be running a replacement bus service every three minutes during the day and every six minutes at night between the terminals. You should allow 20 minutes for the journey.
In addition, the Sofitel will be helping to reduce any inconvenience for their guests and will be running their own transfer bus between the terminals while the monorail is upgraded. The service will cost £2 per passenger and run between 4am and 10am and then again between 4pm and 10pm.
The Sofitel London Gatwick features three restaurants, two bars, a business centre and a fitness room.
