Easy come, easy go

If you’re planning to stay at the Heathrow easyhotel the night before you leave for your holiday, you can save time and money by booking your parking at the same time as you book your room.

The easyHotel Heathrow offers a secure on-site car park for all guests of the hotel. Simply arrive, park in a space and check in as normal. You will need to fill out a short form at reception and then leave this on your dashboard for the duration of your time away; but there’s no need to leave the key – you can keep your it with you when you jet off, safe in the knowledge that nobody else has access to your car.

To reach the airport for your flight, the hotel offers two methods of transportation, both bookable at reception. The Heathrow Hoppa bus costs £4.50 per person each way and will pick you up from the hotel’s front door and drop you at either terminal 1 or terminal 3, a 15 to 20 minute drive away.

Alternatively, the easyHotel has a deal with a local minicab firm who will pick you up at any time and take you to any of the airport’s five terminals. Journey time to terminals 1 and 3 is 10 minutes, while terminals 4 and 5 is a 15 minutes.

Arrival at the easyHotel

You can check-in from 3pm. When you arrive, use the intercom to get in. When you check-in you'll be given your room key, which also lets you through the main door. If you're parking overnight at the hotel, it costs £8. You can book this through us in advance.
Here are your directions:
By car:
Leave the M4 at junction 4 and take the airport access road.
At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A4 Bath Road. At the Harlington Corner traffic lights turn left onto the A437 Harlington High Street, then turn right into Brickfield Lane. The hotel is at the bottom of the road.
By public transport:
You can book a taxi to any of the terminals 24 hours a day, just speak to the hotel's reception. The taxi will cost from £7 to £16.50, depending on the size of the vehicle and the terminal you're going to, plus an extra £2.90 for the drop-off.
Alternatively, you can take the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the terminals 1, 2 and 3 and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours. For terminals 4 or 5, you'll need to change at terminal 1. When bought in advance, tickets cost £4.50 per person one way and £8 return. They cost £5 for a single and £9 return if purchased from the driver on the day. Up to two children under 15 can travel free with a paying adult.

The Hoppa service runs from terminals 1, 2 and 3 every 40 minutes from 04:17 to 23:42.You may need to catch a free train between terminals, depending on where you are travelling from, so leave plenty of time.
