Tuck in to Brasserie-style dining

Whether you’re in the mood for fine dining or a quick snack, the Holiday Inn Slough Windsor has a restaurant to suit your requirements. For formal dinners the Brasserie Restaurant offers a sophisticated atmosphere and classic British menu, while those seeking something a little more laidback can dine on the same menu in the bar or order it through room service.

The comfortable Brasserie Restaurant is warm and welcoming and has a modern, open-plan feel. At busy times booking in advance is recommended.

The Brasserie Restaurant serves a hot and cold breakfast buffet daily. The hot buffet includes unsmoked back rindless bacon, fresh fried eggs, Cumberland sausages, tomatoes and beans, while the cold selection features Kelloggs cereals, pastries and fresh fruits such as pineapple and watermelon. There is also a menu of items cooked to order, which includes eggs benedict, hot waffle with streaky bacon and maple syrup, and poached smoked haddock with a poached egg.

The Brasserie Restaurant

  • Breakfast: 6.30am to 9.30am weekdays
  • Breakfast: 7.30am to 11am weekends
  • Dinner: 6.30pm to 10.30am

The Brasserie Restaurant serves a simple menu of British staples, including everything from homemade fish and chips to satisfying bangers and mash. There’s also piri piri spiced salmon, reggae reggae chicken breast and a delicious sirloin steak from the grill. All are served on a large plate with a herb salad, garlic-scented giant mushroom, grilled tomato and crispy skinny fries. For dessert choose from homely bread and butter pudding, the decadent rocky road sundae or the recommended bramley apple crumble.

The Brasserie restaurant also serves a room service menu 24-hours a day, though choices are more limited.
