We have stayed at the Clayton (Bewleys) many times. We like it because it is so close to the airport (easy walking distance, and the hotel provides regular bus transfers), the food is good and the hotel is generally clean and modern and provides a good level of customer service and you can park on site

Very good accommodation, clean and friendly staff. The restaurant is also very good. With only a 5 minute walk to the terminal its great, but there is a shuttle bus with very good drivers who are friendly. When we arrived back there is a curtesy phone to ring up for transportation back to the Hotel, this arrived within 5 minutes, it was great.

Everything went as promised, bed was comfortable and clean. Car was looked after and ready for collection as promised. They even take and collect you from the terminal

Smooth and efficient check in. No problem in moving rooms as original one was noisy from the window. Nice food, easy check out at 5am and car was ready for us when we arrived back into England.

Everything was as expected, and the shuttle bus man in particular was prompt, helpful and polite. The main annoyance at the Clayton is process of dropping off the car, including the slow queue which has to be endured twice, once when arriving and secondly after filling all the forms in.

I stayed two nights. The booking system did not permit this so I had to book two separate nights which caused some hesitaion when I booked in. The filter on the showerhead was missing so that wtaer came out in a gush which I reported in the the morning. But nothing had been done when I raturned that evening so I had two unsatisfactory showers.

Great hotel in fabulous location and staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk to terminal building but courtesy busses always available to take you to the terminal door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Facilities were as expected, the airport car parking service was easy to use and very efficient. One issue - because we had prepaid the room in advance through your website we weren't able to charge dinner or drinks to our room but had to pay them on-the-spot. This was a bit of a pain.
