• Etrop Grange This our first booking through holiday extras was an excellent service. We were delighted with our accommodation and its proximity to the airport also the courteous service we received from the staff. Even better on our return after a long journey due to delays (weather conditions) our vehicle pulled up as we stepped out of the terminal building; heater running and car seats warmed. We were very grateful having left 37 degrees and arriving early morning into Manchester to snow & -5 degrees.

• Etrop Grange Hotel and car parking were both as planned. Car parking was excellant with car delivered direct to terminal within 5 minutes of ringing them.
  Only issue with booking was that I had input my car details only to be emailed again for them twice.

• Etrop Grange Only problem was that we had to ring the hotel (Etrop Grange) for about 10 minutes on arrival at Manchester airport before they answered the phone - this was at approx 03.00am and they then had to book a taxi to pick us up to then take us to the Hotel a journey that takes 5 minutes.

• Etrop Grange The room that we had, had no hot water due to a pluming fault. ( these things happen in real life living, it was no problem as we were moved to another room, the staff were excellent in handling our problem, could not fault them in there reaction. when we returned we found out the problem took nearly a week to sot out, i would just like to say the hotel was brilliant in sorting out our problem, we even laughed about it, well done ETROP

We have no hesitation in recommending the Etrop Grange , their friendly and helpful staff and the efficient car delivery service, excellent value for money, and an ideal pre holiday stay.
