• Etrop Grange Hotel and car parking were both as planned. Car parking was excellant with car delivered direct to terminal within 5 minutes of ringing them.
  Only issue with booking was that I had input my car details only to be emailed again for them twice.

• Etrop Grange Only problem was that we had to ring the hotel (Etrop Grange) for about 10 minutes on arrival at Manchester airport before they answered the phone - this was at approx 03.00am and they then had to book a taxi to pick us up to then take us to the Hotel a journey that takes 5 minutes.

• Etrop Grange The room that we had, had no hot water due to a pluming fault. ( these things happen in real life living, it was no problem as we were moved to another room, the staff were excellent in handling our problem, could not fault them in there reaction. when we returned we found out the problem took nearly a week to sot out, i would just like to say the hotel was brilliant in sorting out our problem, we even laughed about it, well done ETROP

• Etrop Grange The overnight stay at Etrop Grange Man Airport was excellent, and when we needed the car to be sent to the airport for pick up was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending the Etrop Grange , their friendly and helpful staff and the efficient car delivery service, excellent value for money, and an ideal pre holiday stay.

• Etrop Grange We stayed before departure and on return. Very comfortable stay. The first night we had a room downstairs (no lifts), but porter carried our luggage. Restaurant very busy, but eventually found us a table. Surroundings, food and service very high standard.
