• Etrop Grange We stayed before departure and on return. Very comfortable stay. The first night we had a room downstairs (no lifts), but porter carried our luggage. Restaurant very busy, but eventually found us a table. Surroundings, food and service very high standard.

• Etrop Grange The room was comfortable, but noisy in the morning as we could hear the staff in the kitchen which we appeared to be almost directly above. Our friends faired better with a seaview room. The reception staff were friendly.

• Etrop Grange The accommodation and facilities were superb. The only problem we had was waiting 45 minutes for our car at the airport due to being busy at the hotel.

• Etrop Grange The hotel was nice, friendly and comfortable, the transfer to the airport just a short drive away and went smoothly, and the fact that the car was driven to the airport for immediate pickup on return to the UK was a great bonus and saved travel time.

• Etrop Grange Room clean, but bathroom dirty, did not raise issue with staff as arrived late and had early check out. Staff were fine. Picked hotel as could leave car there, they have changed policy and now they bring car to airport to collect you.

• Etrop Grange Nice hotel, staff helpful, not sure what happened to the car during our holiday however?...., thought it would remain at the hotel in car park for us to return to and pick up, but was delivered back to us via a meet and greet service outside the airport.

• Etrop Grange Excellent service. Hotel was extremely good, accommodation was excellent and the staff very helpful. Our car was delivered to us at the airport within 10 minutes of us phoning once we had cleared customs.

• Etrop Grange The hotel had a wedding that night so parking was quite difficult. The hotel room and the meal was fab.Taxi to Airport was on time.Unfortunately the taxi Co was not so punctual on picking us up from the Airport.Made us wait quite a time !!!

• Etrop Grange stopped over night and parked at the Etrop Grange hotel very close to the airport but it wasn't noisy, the staff were very nice and friendly the evening meal was 5 star we were dropped off outside the departure lounge and picked up at the same place 5 minutes after we had phone to inform them of our arivall. We will be going there again.

• Etrop Grange Friendly staff, good food selection the only down side was the bar which is tiny & has has no atmosphere. Left car at hotel, it was then moved by them off site & the car returned to us at the airport arrivals, all warmed up & ready to go, which was great.

• Etrop Grange The Etrop Grange staff were extremely helpful - arranging a taxi for 4.45am on outward journey and picking us up within 5 mins of my call to them on our return. We like the fact that the car is parked at the hotel - exactly where we'd left it a week earlier!
