Dining

Whether your taste is traditional or for trying new things, you'll find fine food to tempt your palate in Amy's Restaurant.
As well as an English and international menu featuring classic dishes like lamb leg steak and sirloin steak, there are buffets on selected evenings.
The restaurant is open for dinner from 6pm to 10pm, with last orders at 9.45pm. The buffet breakfast is also served in the restaurant from 5am to 10am on weekdays and from 5am to 11am at weekends and on bank holidays.
Lighter meals and bar snacks are available in Amy's Bar, with its comfortable armchairs and soft lighting. Tuck into a Caesar salad or a Hilton burger, sample the international whiskies and wines or watch sport on the TV. The bar is open from 11am to 1am, with food served until midnight.
Light meals, fresh pastries and speciality teas and coffees are on offer in Caffe Cino, which is open from 5am to 5pm.
Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available in all three venues.
