The staff were very friendly and also very keen to make sure I was ok and explained how I needed to keep an eye on the monitors to check for my gate. Very pleasant experience thank you.

Due to a flat tyre we were late arriving at Gatwick and only had 1 hour in the lounge instead of 3. However we made the most of the time we had and enjoyed the facilities and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

Excellent facility, relaxing atmosphere with good food and very helpful staff. Would definitely use the No.1 lounge at Gatwick (North Terminal) again.

Every thing was excellent - we have used other airport lounges previously and this was by far the best - great way to start our holiday. We have recommended you to our and family and friends. Staff were very helpful and attentive. A haven away from the hustle and bustle!!!!

Spent 2.5 hours in the No 1 Lounge and was undoubtedly the better choice(as have previously used Serviceair Lounge) No 1 Lounge was markedly superior in terms of overall facilities and VERY good value for money - clean tidy, smart service, good snacks, good wi-fi access, good movie (!) and a very relaxing and comfortable pre flight experience.
