Aspire lounge - North terminal
Everything was as expected, facilities were just as good as last time we used them, and will defenetly use them again.

Usually everything we need and like. On our last visit to the Aspire lounge the glasses were often warm and they did not have any diet coke. Maybe these seem minor comments but it took the edge off our lounge visit

We have never before used an airport lounge but would definitely do so again. The abilto to sit in a confortable chiar in peace and quite while enjoying a snack and a drink makes waiting for boarding so much more enjoyable.

The only complaint we have is that the transport from the South Terminal at Gatwick to the airparks for our car was quite late, leaving us outside in the cold.

Stress free to start a holiday with meet and greet parking, followed by relaxing in an airport lounge. Both options are highly recommended as starting your holiday in the best possible way. Polite and helpful staff, great service and facilities.

hotel/parking fab no probs
no 1ounge .. couldnt find us they kept my paperwork for the lounge and it took up time

The rail tickets were a great option however they couldnt be read in the Gatwick express scanner, a staff member had to let you through. The hotel was right opposite the North terminal & very good value for money.

The service was as described by you. However, I found the lounge to be quite small and it was not easy to find seating. The staff in the lounge were helpful.

Very smoothly, all were helpful as I have always found the Company to be when I have frequently used Holiday Extras for lounges, hotel booking with car park at both London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports.
I shall continue to use there services

From the moment that we parked our car at the Arora Hotel, Gatwick to the moment that we left the aspire lounge in the North Terminal. Things were great.The staff at both locations were excellant. And we have already booked the same package for our next holiday, in September.

I booked an airport lounge in the South Terminal at Gatwick only to find we were travelling from the North Terminal the changes to my booking to a lounge at the North Terminal were made with no fuss or bother another example of your excellent service.
