Aspire Lounge by Servisair (North Terminal)
The booking process was smooth - 10/10. The airport lounge was fine. It has recently been redecorated so it looked fresh and welcoming. The desk staff were pleasant. There was a "quiet" area which we used and an area more for families which was a good idea, but the room is quite small so you could still hear children running about. It wasn't a problem for us but may be annoying for adult travellers who want to work. The food available (described as hot and cold) was very limited. There was soup (tasty) but everything else was bread or biscuit related. I would have liked to see fruit available. Overall we would use again.

Hotel,parking and meet and greet on our return was brilliant. The car was delivered promptly with no waiting around. The airport lounge was a great way to relax in comfort whilst waiting for our departure.

Yes the facilities were as you described but it would be good if you were to offer sandwiches as in other lounges, but I prefer to use Servisair.

We booked the aiport parking and airport lounge through holiday extras. The prices were the best we found and the service was excellent. No issues and all bookings processed extremely smoothly.

Staff helpful; choice of food very limited; got very crowded by 7.30am with people queuing to get in. So was not a quiet or crowd free as expected. Lounge was quite small therefore it soon filled up with some customers struggling to find seating.

The food was good, the only issue was that the Lounge had no Vodka available which is what we drink, we were suprised to hear this being it is so openly available in the airport shops!

When I last used this lounge i obtained a nice eggs benedict breakfast which was why I re booked. To be offered a roll with sausage or an omelette was not worth the extra money.

Lounge was a little busier than we expected, with some large family groups allowing their children to run around. Seating was limited due to the number of people.
