Children of all ages are welcome at No.1 Lounge at Heathrow. Children 12 and over are classed as adults and will need to pay the adult price. If a child 12 or over is booked in as a child by mistake, the lounge reserves the right to charge the difference in price when you arrive.

The dress code in the lounge is smart casual. The lounge expects reasonable behaviour from all guests.

Food and drink

No.1 Traveller lounges are the only public lounges in the country with full waiter service. Complimentary breakfast is served from 4.30am to 11am - items on the menu include a choice of cereals, and natural yogurt with berry compote and granola.

The No.1 Lounge at Heathrow offers a complimentary bistro-style menu from 11am with a choice of freshly-prepared dishes. Snacks such as cookies and fresh fruit are also available. The bar serves freshly brewed tea and coffee, juices, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. Cocktails and champagne are available at an extra charge. Food and drink which is served in the lounge can't be taken out of the lounge.

Entertainment facilities

The No.1 Lounge at Heathrow has its very own spa, where you can treat yourself to a manicure, a pedicure, a facial, a massage and even a haircut. Treatments are available from £15.
There's a children's area with beanbags and kids' TV, a mini cinema, where you can watch the latest blockbusters, and a games room with a pool table and video games. There are also board games, books, international daily newspapers and magazines and TVs showing news and entertainment, as well as a soundproofed TV room.
If you want to use the internet, you can do so on the lounge's computers or on your own laptop, thanks to the free WiFi access. Or just sit back and watch the planes - the lounge has panoramic views of the runway.

The lounge is fully accessible to disabled customers.

Business facilities

The lounge has free WiFi access, computers with internet access, a printer, a photocopier, a fax and a scanner. You can also make free calls to UK landlines.
