  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 The staff were very helpful, however there was very little choice of food as they had nearly run out of everything. I really was not impressed for how much we paid for access to the lounge.

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 We've used this service a few times but we're very disappointed this year.Arrived just before pm,no food available only a few left over bacon rolls from the morning.They then had no tonic water.When they did bring food out,there were no sandwiches.Cousus salad and cold pasta was all that was on offer.There were scones,biscuits and crisps available.Other people were complaining while we were there too.Will consider using the other lounge next time we travel.

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 everything in the lounge was experienced as previous, apart from the sandwich were not ready made, may I suggest that you also make you a bowl of salad for those of us (still) trying to stick to the diet, the soup once again was very tasty, just a shame there was no equal service to take us home

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 Erm reception staff very good, rest of the staff not that good, asked for a knife and was given a dirty look but reluctantly brought me one, also hot meal offers were advertised but none were in sight, noticed some people had small bowls of nuts, however my partner asked for some and was told oh we don't have any, so we were a little bit disappointed to some extents.

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 Check in was slow and there wasn't enough room at the desk whilst waiting to be checked in. All the tables were taken so we had to sit by the window. There wasn't enough staff on the bar and we had to wait for clean plates and condiments. Staff were very helpful

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 The hot food described was just soup, I thought there would have been a better selection. It said you book 3 hours before your departure and get 3 hours in the lounge however you can only check in 3 hours before and that takes around an hour and you board the plane an hour before departure time so you actually get an hour in the lounge

    We had an early flight so the lounge was fairly quiet.
    Very clean, good food selection, plenty of seats.
