  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 To be honest I was going to send a email of compliant I payed a lot of money nearly £80 to stay in the lounge and there was absolutely nothing for my two children to eat ages 6 and 11,the food was a joke,there was no sandwich,biscuits,crisps cake or anything else that a young child would be interested in,my six year old tryed half a bread roll that was going hard and a slice of ham,and the rest of us had nothing,we were so looking forward to going in there but I should have saved my money as it was a complete waste of money,I told a few people about this and they said I should complain about the service and demand a refund,im not one to complain about things but the experience was dreadful

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 The variety of food supplied by the Aspire Lounges was shocking and they did not replenish it until the food was gone, the food was dried up and inedible when we arrived there. When it was replaced there was nothing suitable for children and we were advised from the manger and staff that they catered for mainly business people. Which they had requested salad dishes but that basically we had paid for the view of the runway. The staff members were very pleasant but could not help us with the issues raised as there was a lack of variety supplied. We were extremely disappointed with visit there and will not be returning unless the menu had changed dramatically to the Aspire lounge, and furthermore would definitely not recommend it to family and friends after this recent visit. This was a dampener to the start our holiday as we arrived at the airport early in the morning. We had to buy food from the airport shops to supplement what we could have in the Aspire lounge as we had a long flight a head of us.
    Although when we have used the Escape lounge on many occasions their food was fantastic with lots of choice and was family orientated. This was constantly refreshed and was aimed at various tastes. They supplied fresh food throughout our stay. Therefore in the future would be the choice of my family for further visits when we use the airport lounges at least twice a year.

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 Very relaxing atmosphere, food was excellent. I was there from 10-30am which had a. choice of bacon, scrambled eggs, beans etc fresh bread rolls. At midday the lichen time food came out all very good, would highly recommend. I will be booking again in April 18. Well done aspire

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 The lounge was at full capacity , the tables were left with empty plates and glass, the carpet was full of crumbs. When I pointed this out to a staff member she cleaned everything immediately . We have been in the lounge before and this time it looked a little on the scruffy side. We will use it again , because it saves the hassle in the main terminal .
