  • Swissport Servisair i was a bit disappointed with what was available to eat. Soup,rolls cake and cheese & biscuits.Unappetizing. I thought maybe sandwiches, pies etc would have been the least on the menu.

  • Swissport Servisair Friendly staff but service very slow. Overall very disappointed , Internet coonection very poor lounge crowded and decor dismal. Limited choice of refreshments and limited supply. Would not go back again, certainly not good value for money .

  • Swissport Servisair We arrived just after 11am and the only thing on offer to ear was either cheese and biscuits or carrot and coriander soup, not good enough. We asked about bacon rolls but we're told quite curtly that they end at 11am. I am afraid we will not use this service again.

  • Swissport Servisair Was very disappointed with the lounge. It felt very dark and claustrophobic. There was very little choice of food and drink compared to Servisair Lounge at Birmingham airport. Tea and coffee were self service but we had to go and ask at Reception for an alcoholic drink as the bar area was not accessible.

  • Swissport Servisair Nobody on bar to serve, empty oven with two over cooked bacon baps in, had to ask for fresh, kids crying in the lounge supposed to be a restful start to the holiday, hit and miss with the Internet, not a good start for the money paid

  • Swissport Servisair Since our last visit alcoholic drinks have been removed from self serve area and now have to be served by a member of staff. That would be okay if there was more than one member of staff on duty and someone was dedicated to serving those that want alcoholic beverages, therefore avoiding a long wait for service.
