  • Swissport Servisair Staff very helpful. Rock hard bacon buns when we arrived at 5.00 am, obviously been there a while. Fresh ones were much better.

  • Swissport Servisair The reason we have used airport lounges for so many years is to escape the noise of crying whinging kids so are disappointed to to see children of a young age are allowed in the lounges now, there is a good reason why we see so many adult only holidays now, so airlines and lounges need to look at this!!. Also as many of our holiday flights are early morning, then I think breakfast choices for hot food could be better than just bacon in rolls, we dont all like bacon and would prefer sausage etc. Give us more choice for breakfast !!!!!

  • Swissport Servisair We have used the lounge twice a year for many years and always thought it was value for money. However on this occasion firstly we thought the food and snacks had been greatly reduced to very little choice some of the old choice now in a separate first class room. The place was absolutely packed and people were queuing outside for the next available seat. We later found out that Dreamliner flights gave free vouchers to their customers so the paying guests were the ones who suffered. I really felt previous value for money paid has now changed my view.

  • Swissport Servisair It was very small meaning having to sit with strangers. Hot food was very limited - only saw bacon rolls. However staff friendly and nice to relax before flight.

  • Swissport Servisair There was a choice of soup cheese and crackers , crisps or nuts , olives and pickled onions to eat....other than a small selection of sweet things that was it. The bar wasn't constantly staffed so a lot of waiting around to get a drink. Families with small children were having problems trying to feed the children as the soup was leek and potato...not a childrens favourite...all in all we will never use this lounge again Escape is much better

  • Swissport Servisair Everything was fantastic apart from the lounge opening at 4am but no hot food till about 6.30 when we were due to board so didn't have time. Earlier would have been really nice.

  • Swissport Servisair My holiday flight was changed with less than 24 hours notice due to hurricane Matthew.
    No refund was provided and no alternative booking was allowed.
    I find this unacceptable and feel that more could have been done by the company to either facilitate a refund or an alternative booking.
