    My EasyJet plane was delayed by four hours, so I arrived at Gatwick after 2 am. I was delighted to find the bus service still running and the attendant at the car park could not have been more helpful dealing with my concern about having over-run my booked collection time. Many thanks!

    The service provided was fine but unfortunately our car would not start on our return. They took us to their storage yard and left us to it. We were travelling with an year old lady and it was dark and very cold. They would not let us into their warm port cabin or use the toilet whilst we waited over 2 hours for the aa. Whilst I appreciate it is not their problem a little kindness to an elderly lady in this situation goes a long way. I shall not use them again simply because of this.
