The dropoff was very good, but unfortunately it took 23 minutes for the car to arrive once I called them. I was told to call them after baggage reclaim, if I can called them on leaving the plane then it would have meant little waiting around for me.

I made an initial mistake in booking which was corrected by your staff via telephone quickly and efficiently.
Also, when there was a technical problem at the car park, your staff we were able to assist with that via email.
