At approximately twice the cost of off airport parking I think it is a little overpriced. Also the parking bays are a little narrow for larger cars. my car door was actually dented whilst parked.

Yes everything went well, apart from there are few few 'Car Park' signs inside the terminal or on the footpaths, so not easy to find correct car park on return

The direction signs for car park 1 are atrocious and the directions once in the car park are even worse, in fact non existent

Facilities. We're Excellant but I was quite unhappy that I feel I was overcharged. Birmingham airport were at least £10 cheaper so I was unhappy with that aspect

had trouble with ticket, fell on floor when we went in then wouldn't except on way out and had to call for assistance, however he let us strait out and our flight was delayed and we went over time, this was not charged so thank you for that. Great location and overall went smoothly.

When leaving the car park, after putting the ticket into the exit machine, I was asked to pay £100.50. This lead to an awkward delay, with a cue of traffic behind while I pushed the help button and waited for assistance. All was okay in the end once I gave my name and license plate over the intercom. I thought the car park operated on number plate recognition?
