Had a shock when I came to exit the car park. The barrier machine ask for a payment of £168. Spoke to an attendant telling him I had pre-booked, gave them the booking ref and the barrier was raised. Phew!

Booking on line was very easy! An added bonus was when I arrived at Long Stay One at Birmingham Airport I was told that I had been upgraded to an on site car park making transfer to the terminal even closer.

Absolutely fine, no problems. Easy entrance and exit to long stay car park 1 at Birmingham airport. Took a few minutes to walk to terminal. Have used Holiday extra parking before and never encountered any problems. Thank you.

Had to wait over 10 minutes in the morning for a bus to the terminal, which doesnt sound a lot but at 4am in the morning, isn't great! Then on exit, we entered ticket at barrier but was asked to pay the amount so had to press button for assistance, so overall experience not as good as it could have been.

It was all hassle free which is exactly what you want at 0500 in the morning. A member of staff met me at the barrier and asked me if I had pre booked. After confirming this he obtained the ticket for me and was very polite.

Easy to find, close to airport, excellent bus service. However no signs pointing to which sections parking was available meaning wasted time driving around and the office was slow to pick up the intercom and take voucher numbers to release homecomers.

We were very disappointed that upon our return at Birmingham Airport, when we followed instructions and spoke into the intercom at barrier, the office staff could not find our booking reference or our name on their system.

We were unable to fly because of the ash cloud tried to get a refund from you but you advised us that we booked the car in when the ash cloud was around . Doesn't make sense does it. Very disappointed would never use you again

We had a great time but prior to leaving we made an ammendment on the car park for which we had to pay a fee but have still not had a refund on the airparks parking which we cancelled so not a happy customer at the moment I'm afraid.
