Found a spot relatively easily. Parking spaces marked with zone, bay number etc so easy to find when arriving back. Make a note of where you are so don't forget. Shortish walk to departure lounge, didn't bother with bus.

Not very good directions to parking bays .Gravel not proper hard standing in vacant bays. Bays not properly marked out , had a big 4wheel drive next to me when i got back had job to open doors, could cost a lot if damaged. Loss of confidence in your car park.

It was difficult to find a space and more help with that would be good. But I thoroughly recommend Bristil Long Stsy as I left my car window open and they covered it with plastic.

Better signage/ road markings for navigating the car park and also lighting for returning from a late/night flight in exiting the car park.

Car park so full no disabled spaces vacant had to wait 30mins for bus had to press help button to get transport to terminal. Will defiantly not use this car park again.

The car park location is convenent, but unobstructed and smooth paths for customers dragging heavy suitacses, from each area of the car park, are really needed.

automatic number plate recognition did not work on entry. luckily I had my receipt which I had to show on leaving or else I would have had to pay again.

We were lucky to get near terminal so we could walk - signs pointing you to spaces was very helpful. No issues so no staff contact required.

The car park is laid out badly, and it was almost impossible to extract our car from its slot due to closeness of cars on either side and the narrowness of the roadways. Having slots which are not at right angles to the roadways would be much more effective.
