All went well and the location is very good. but it seems to be harder and harder to find a space to park. Several cars had parked badly leaving a gap but not big enough to get into. There are no clear markings and the Bay signs are too small and largely ignored. The signs for walking to the Terminal are pretty erratic

Compared to other car parks at other airports and the high cost of parking I was shocked what poor condition the Bristol long stay car park was in. The parking bays were made up with stones with drivers unable to see parking lines / bays making parking difficult for many.

Parking at the far end of the car park was a nightmare On returning there was no staff or any sign of a bus so we finished up in a car lease car park twice!There should be signage directing you on the right footpath

Yes, although car park stated there were spaces when most of them would only have fitted a bike in as cars parked very badly, so we ended up quite a distance away.

Car Park almost full as works in place. Did manage to see Bus to terminal which was good first time ever been lucky in about yrs at Bristol. Driver even came to us not stop.

We had no signs to guide us to what we should do... where to walk with our bags. Or if we could drop off to the doors and then park. My husband and I and our young daughter were lost with 3 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage and a pram and a car seat with no idea where to go or what to do and no trolleys. We had no idea if we needed a card to be able to leave. We ended up getting in the same situation when leaving. We didn't know if My daughter and I could wait close to the terminal and then my husband could come and collect us and all our luggage. We again ended up lost. And then couldn't leave.. then we had to pay to leave which still didn't allow us to exit it with out waiting for the operators help which took 5 minutes. Each time.. a total of 3 times. It isnt acceptable and becuase of this service we will never fly from bristol again. We paid a large amount of money for the parking facilities and we may as well have spent half the money and parked in the silver zone atleast we would of had a bus to take us. Never ever again.

The bay's are not big enough for the bigger cars, would pay extra for a large bay car parking space. Never saw any staff.
