Despite booking over a month in advance we had extreme difficulty parking in the car park. it was full. We were a long way from the terminal and had to park in mud to get a place. Lost 1 wheel off suitcase walking along a pit holed road. considering the prices charged for parking they should have smooth roads especially knowing people would be dragging suitcases along

The signs to empty spaces sent you against the flow of traffic. Luckily no other vehicles were trying to leave at that time due to the biblical rain storm. No staff seen .

We found it very difficult to find a parking space, as my partner is disabled you can imagine that this was a problem.
We do realise that this is not your fault, but it would be better if a disabled parking bay could be allocated.

The car park was easy to find, the bus to take us to the airport was comfortable and runs every minutes. We did not need to have any contact with the car park staff. Would definitely use again.

We had to wait too long for the coach to return us to the car park. We were told it had been used in silver zone due to staff shortages. At 2am it was freezing waiting a good-20 mins esoecially seeing at least 3 silver zone coaches in That waiting time.

The only downside of airport parking is no formal bays.
I never needed to speak to anyone due to the website being easy to navigate if I had issues i.e. Changing time of parking.
