The carpark has a poor surface but is accible. The lounge is worth every penny a very relaxing way to start a journey

Everything was great. When we returned we couldn't find our exit ticket! Went in the office to get a replacement. The service was great. The lady was very helpful. Lots of parking spaces. Easy walk to the terminal.

Booking the carp ark was easy and staff helpful.
Car park was easy to find, had plenty of room and had secure entry and exit gates. Bus transfer was good. Car park surface was very poor in places and was hard on the wheels of t he cases. Very wet and muddy in places so shoes and cases were messy to travel with. Good signage for the car park areas but directions to bus stops were not so well signposted. Easy to find the transfer bus on the return journey.

Staff were very helpful when I phoned them from the information point in the terminal. I was concerned as I had had to call out Green Flag as my car wouldn't start. I phoned to explain the situation and the gentleman I spoke to was very reassuring telling me that the recovery teams knew the routine and there would be no problem getting on site and no extra charge as I would be exiting the car park later than I anticipated.

Very easy to use, the only problem are the state of Bristol's car park which can feel over used and the rows a bit narrow.
A number of cars struggled to get out of their bay due to the car behind being too close.

Booked parking at bristol airport for 3 days . When I arrived back and tried to exitthrough the barrier the ticket machine messaged that I was overdue ? I then had to wait over half an hour for assistance. The ticket man had to re issue me a fresh ticket . Poor system especially after a long haul flight and wanting to get home .

It is so much easier to park close to the airport and allow us to walk to/from the departure/arrivals lounge. It is so much quicker than waiting for a bus or a Meet & Greet driver.
