  • Long Stay When you exit the car park, you need to have the card given to you when you arrive ready for the machine. It recognises the numberplate, but using the card counts as security (if the car had been stolen). Best not to leave the card in your car.

  • Long Stay Even though it was long stay parking, we managed to find a spot quite close to the terminal so it wasn't necessary to catch the bus. Very convenient. On our return we couldn't find our ticket to get out of the parking. Not a problem. We pressed the help button and gave our name and registration number. It took a little while for someone to find our details which probably annoyed the people behind us.

  • Long Stay Everything went extremly smoothly. I made a mistake when arrriving at the car park thinking I could enter using my credit card. This was soon sorted out by the staff on the exit gate who were very helpful

  • Long Stay Exit signs on road could be clearer and road surface could be smoother, but other than that it was very convenient and made our holiday run smoothly. Staff on intercom was helpful as we were pressing the wrong ticket button.

  • Long Stay Everything went exceptionally smoothly. I arrived a little earlier than I'd anticipated but that presented no problems and I was allowed into the car park. I was delighted that I had absolutely no problems with my parking.

  • Long Stay ANPR camera read numberplate wrongly, so had to sort out with staff in exit kiosk - who were friendly and helpful (and unsurprised).
