parking bays were a little narrow and some of the roads in poor condition and some drivers were not parking in bays but `on the road` whichmade turning a little difficult but generally very convenient and competitive

We waited half an hour at the shuttle bus stop. The bus did not arrive. A sign on the bus stop indicated that the service was every 15 minutes. As a result we had to walk 700 metres to the terminal with luggage in the rain!
Also two other elderly travellers would have missed their Easyjet flight had they decided not to walk. Not particularly impressed.

I unfortunately left the car passenger widow open. But when I returned from holiday I found someone had kindly put a plastic sheet over it which protected the car. The car is fine and I would like to thank whoever did this for their thoughtfulness.

Generally fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, several issues could see improvement:
Parking spaces difficult to find and very tight (not much room to manoeuvre)
Aspire lounge good if a little expensive. Wifi did not work on any of my devices despite staff resetting (this is increasingly important for me). Selection of food be a little wider.
Not sure whether will use holiday extras again - answered yes below but would depend on price and facilities.

Booking process was fine and directions to the car park in Bristol we're clear and easy to follow. Nothin to do with this website, but The car park itself had a poor surface with no dedicated footpath to the terminal. We had to walk through the car park dodging other vehicles and diversions around roadworks due to non-existent signage.

I arrived late back from Europe due to a delayed flight so was pleasantly surprised at no extra fee on my ticket. Better signage within the terminal may have helped.

As soon as we parked the car we were fortunate to be able to catch the bus immediately. As the weather was wet & windy the bus driver stopped for us before we reached the bus stop; great service.

All went smoothly but remember your zone and nay and, more particularly, where you are in it i.e. if you are close to the end of a zone then you are likely to have got the courtesy bus from the next zone along, which will confuse youy on return

Everything was great. When we returned we couldn't find our exit ticket! Went in the office to get a replacement. The service was great. The lady was very helpful. Lots of parking spaces. Easy walk to the terminal.
