Booked parking at Bristol Airport. Travelled as large group and booking for all cars straightforward. Parking facilities as described. Would recommend to anyone thinking of booking their parking at the airport to use Holiday Extras.

everything was good until we tried to exit the car park upon our return and the ticket wouldn't lift the barrier and stating we had underpaid and owed £256.00. Fortunately the car that pulled up next to us had a similar problem. So I contacted the car park people via the button by the barrier and after a few minutes and taking details of me and my car I reinserted the ticket and it worked.

All as expected except when trying to leave the car park, barrier told us we needed to pay £140! Waited 5 mins for someone to answer the help button on exit however when this was done, we were able to leave a few minutes later!

Flew into bristol late at nigwsa very weht, so the short walk to carpark and quick exit was very welcome

A problem arose because at 6.45 I used the short stay drop off to drop my son off and when I left 10 mins later it said I had pre paid. I rang Jack at your company and he was excellent speaking to the airport to explain then ringing me back to reassure me all would be ok. on our return the airport parking staff were very good too.

No encounter with staff. Parking was easy. Close walk to departures. Exit route is a bit of a maze though :-) Camera recognition worked well.

The staff were very helpful . We arrived at 4 in the morning while it was dark and we could not see that the entrance machine had dispensed our ticket . Think it need more light on the front of it.

Perfect location by terminal and free spaces, do agree though with other users comments that clearly some people struggle to park correctly in middle of bays or just lazy

Very easy to find a space,although some can be rather tight due to some people not parking centrally in the space.Shortvwalk to terminal,with ramps for pulling bags.
