Facilities fine, no need to speak to any staff. Major problem at the moment is that there are road works to the entrance/exit to the airport so a 20 minute delay getting our of the car park/airport.

The parking was very close to the airport terminal, but there was no covered walkway, as seem to be indicated on details for premier parking, but this did not matter. Entry and exit very easy. Staff help not required. Most satisfactory.

Good on arrival. On leaving ticket said 'payment required'. On consulting our instructions they said to go to the kiosk which demanded we pay £100. Declined to pay and made our way to exit where we were able to exit ok. Very confusing instructions.

The area where we parked did not have numbers/letters to designate the space where we had parked. We remembered, but putting up signs would make life easier.

The HolidayExtras staff were amazing. Very friendly and chatty on the phone - the first time I have called a company and actually enjoyed the call. Unfortunately the website wouldn't let me pay so had to do it over the phone. Other than that, no issues. Parking was stress free and I saved money! No faffing with machines at the airport. Very pleased.
