Only problem was with our sat nav. Took us rather a long route which we finally abandoned and headed back to the airport signs. All else was good. Nice and close to the terminal which was literally just across the road.

Only problem was when we were leaving. My husband put our ticket into the machine, & it asked us to pay. But we were already pre-paid. However, this was resolved within seconds by pressing the communications buzzer and explaining the problem

Although car park is convenient it is vastly overpriced. I get fed up of receiving e mails from you promising 10 or 15 % discount only to find that this is not available on the more popular car parks. Your question 'would you book with holiday Extras again . The answer is yes but under duress and only for convenience.

Reg not recognised on entry and exit. Had to take a ticket to enter. Used the help button on exit but took quite a while for anyone to respond thus having quite an irate queue behind me.

Prebooked Premier Parking - didn't spot ticket issued at entry said I needed to pay! Big shock on my return when exit machine said I owed £272. Thankfully staff on intercom sorted out the problem but at my age it was a severe shock. I use the speedy drop-off and pick-up point for my disabled wife so park as close as possible whilst she waits at the terminal.

No staff involved in this transaction so nothing to improve on. Just drove into the airport car park on a pre-paid premium car park ticket at stupid o'clock in the morning and parked as close as we liked to the front door of the terminal building short of parking the car inside the departure lounge... knowing that, on our return, we'd be away from the airport in less than five minutes after picking up our bags with no queueing for car park busses or waiting for hordes of people to process car park tickets in the only working ticket machine within miles...

when we came to leave, the barrier would not let us out and told us we owed £272! On checking with the staff, it was clear that our booking was not registered even though the ticket had the correct registration number on our entry ticket - fortunately I had a copy of the email with the booking number and all was sorted

Delayed at exit and asked to make additional payment, even though prepayment had been made.The expiry time on the ticket had at least an hour left on it. Additionally,delay with intercom help to try and resolve this error resulted in further frustration. Eventually, I was allowed to exit without additional payment.Not a very good experience, with cars backing up behind me.
